Warranty Policy: Powersaver Battery Chargers ONLY
If you have a BLUE or CREAM COLOURED (Powersaver) Battery Charger we can no longer repair this item.
If you believe your item is under warranty, you must provide Proof of Purchase, with all purchase details clearly marked.
All warranties on the PowerSaver range start from the date of purchase of a NEW Caravan and continue for 12 months. In the event of a 2nd replacement, the warranty doesn't start from the date of the replacements. It starts from the date the caravan is first registered.
All items concerned, must be returned to Solarforce P/L before any new / replacement parts are sent out.
All work to remove and / or install items are to be borne by the purchaser.
All warranty items must be returned to our postal address, and include your name, return address, contact number. DO NOT SEND CABLES (Unless requested)
Postage costs of return goods is covered by the sender. Solarforce P/L will NOT accept any goods sent via COD postage, items sent this way will not be accepted and NOT collected.
If you wish to check the DC fuses please do so at your own risk - Remove the 4 outside screws on the fan side and then the middle screw on the same side, slide the face of the unit off, disconnect the 2 lots of cable from the main circuit board and keep sliding the face of the unit off. (If it becomes tight, just 'Bow' the panel a little) Check the 2 DC fuses. replace if necessary DO NOT REPLACE THE GLASS AC FUSE, THIS WILL BLOW AGAIN IF THE UNIT IS DANAGED. - NEVER reconnect the 240v while the unit is open.

Other parties do NOT have any authorisation from Solarforce for any reimbursement. If you don’t obtain authorisation solely from Solarforce P/L – Solarforce P/L will NOT reimburse you for any / all out-of-pocket expenses spent by anyone.
All other products sold by Solarforce Pty Ltd include a 12 month warranty which starts when the Caravan / Motorhome is FIRST purchased. *Excludes solar panels and C-TEC battery chargers which hold a longer warranty time.
